Asset Mapping & Earned Revenue Introduction

This module focuses on identifying organizational assets, considering a range of opportunities, and exploring capacity and readiness for fee-for-service models. Participants will assess their existing strengths, resources, and expertise that could be leveraged for earned revenue opportunities. The session will also introduce practical tools to evaluate feasibility, pricing, and market positioning to ensure that new revenue models align with mission and capacity.

Associate at Envoy 

Rothschild is an Associate in the Strategy & Philanthropy sector at Envoy. He brings experience in economic development, affordable housing, research, and policy analysis. He employs a mixed methods research and data-driven approach to tackling social challenges. He holds a BA in Economic Geography from Dartmouth College.
