Assessment
The OMT provides the opportunity for an organization to consider itself as a whole, reflect and build on its strengths, asking what works well and what could be improved. It then helps to identify collectively priority areas for improvement and steps for addressing them, all through organization-wide discussion.
This tool analyzes the true costs of programs and to implement this financial management practice. The template is based on the information and decisions described in the process outlined in the previous section, such as defining programs, identifying direct and indirect costs, and selecting allocation methods.
This guide highlight capacities within and surrounding your organization, system, or any project or initiative you are launching to improve your early childhood system. There are 5 dimensions and 23 sub-dimensions of capacity that can help you identify the specific capabilities you want to change to improve organizational capacity, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and leadership and staff capacity.
