Besides his role at ImageFIRST, Jeffery is involved in numerous business ventures and is active in the family foundation and other charitable endeavors. Lucas Berstein.jpg

Lucas Berstein

In 2012, Lucas founded InTune Analytics after a classmate’s tip about a show coming to town. Although the business has changed many times, Lucas’s love for live entertainment has remained at the center of it all. â€‹The youngest child in a family of entrepreneurs, Lucas was taught and nurtured from an early age to see entrepreneurship as the best way to impact his world. Over the past decade, Lucas has built a company that invests in people and creates value inside and outside the organization– all while avoiding a traditional office job! â€‹A born leader with a curious spirit and a hunger to learn, he blends his entrepreneurial experience with his passion for live entertainment to lead his company and develop products that shape the industry. â€‹As a leader, Lucas stands out for his human-first approach. He recognizes that people are more than just their roles—they have stories, challenges, and personal motivations that shape who they are. This perspective fuels his ability to cultivate a team-driven culture where individuals feel seen and valued. â€‹Lucas finds balance on the water outside work—fishing, wake surfing, or cruising with friends. He also enjoys playing tennis, working out, and staying active daily. His passion for travel goes beyond sightseeing; he seeks meaningful connections with people worldwide, unlocking new perspectives and stories.
