One week ago, we launched the Fair Chance Navigator to create a new platform for employers to design and implement Fair Chance policies and practices. In collaboration with our Launch Partners, including CaraPlus, The Manufacturing Institute, Corporate Coalition of Chicago, and Last Mile, we are excited to announce that we have companies from a diverse range of industries signed on, including manufacturing, business services, construction, technology, hospitality, and public safety. These employers have a variety of previous experience with Fair Chance employment, and we are excited to see the customizable experience that the Navigator provides come to fruition.Â

Our first week also helped reinforce the opportunity to partner with organizations to deploy and train on the Navigator. We heard from workforce and business organizations around the country interested in collaborating to disseminate the Navigator to companies in their networks. This will be a priority for us in the coming year and we look forward to planning these partnerships during the summer and fall. Â
The Fair Chance Navigator is just getting started, and we're grateful to everyone who joined us in week one. To our early adopters: thank you for your feedback. We're already working on implementing user-requested features like a team collaboration function and documentation improvements, while planning deeper integrations with new metrics features. To employers considering the Fair Chance Navigator: we're here to support your journey. Reach out to us if you have any questions about how the Navigator, or Envoy, can help reach your Fair Chance goals! Â
