Strategy & Growth

Envoy’s strategy practice works with organizations at pivotal stages of growth to support new initiatives and the expansion of high-quality work. Our team has experience developing and implementing strategic plans, building multi-year revenue and expense projections, creating communications and fundraising plans, and supporting program expansion to new communities and populations. We have worked across multiple content areas including workforce, education, criminal justice, and health.

Examples of our strategy work include:

  • Working closely with founders to launch and grow two new 501c3 organizations leading criminal justice reform efforts in prosecution and prison reentry

  • Leading diligence and feasibility efforts for the national expansion of a youth workforce readiness organization

  • Creating a new revenue model for a education training and credentialing organization

  • Relaunching a national criminal justice initiative for a large membership association

Our strategy practice has an intentional focus on implementation, and we typically enter longer-term or multi-phase engagements with clients that see our projects through to execution.
