The principal partnership grant program supports local Philadelphia-area principals in implementing initiatives to improve student outcomes and to build and grow partnerships between schools and community-based organizations that are invested in the success of Philadelphia students. The Foundation aims to collaborate with principals to build thoughtful and sustainable partnerships with community-based programs to address the most urgent areas of need and opportunity within their schools. We believe principals are in the best position to identify those needs and solutions and aim to invest in outstanding leaders and high-quality, evidence-based programs.
