Pennsylvania Executive Director
Laura Boyce is the Pennsylvania Executive Director, leading Teach Plus’ policy and practice work across the commonwealth. Under her leadership, Teach Plus Pennsylvania has grown from a single program in Philadelphia in 2017 to five programs across the state: the Pennsylvania Policy Fellowship, Equity Leadership Institute, Philadelphia Affinity Group Network, Independence Mission Schools Literacy Content Cadre, and Pennsylvania Teacher Network.
Sharaé Curd
Managing Director of Programs
Sharaé oversees all Teach Plus PA’s school and district focused practice programs across Pennsylvania. With over 18 years of experience in the field of education, most recently with Pittsburgh Public Schools, Sharaé has served as a classroom teacher, after-school program coordinator, instructional coach, facilitator, curriculum writer, and district level leader. She has led continuous improvement processes at the district level and has managed various programs, supported the implementation of district-wide structures and processes, led multiple cross-functional teams, & culture & climate initiatives.
